Before any treatment can take place you’ll need to complete a small 5 minute patch test to ensure your body doesn’t react to the professional products I use for my treatments.
A non refundable 20% deposit is required on all bookings to secure your bookings.
Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment via the link through your booking confirmation, with more than 48 hours notice, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking.
The deposit will not be transferred to the rescheduled booking if less than 48 hours notice is given, this is due to not enough time to fill your original booking timeslot. A deposit can only be transferred to another date on one occasion.
If you are a 'No Show' or cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a 50% charge of your appointment total will be required.
No future appointments will made until all outstanding payments are settled.
